Research summary
 Applied geometry
 The isogeometric segmentation problem, expressing boundaryrepresented solids as unions of smooth images of cubes suitable for isogeometric analysis.
 Differential geometry and its applications
 Variational problems and ordinary differential equations in Riemannian manifolds and Lie groups, and applications. In particular, cubic interpolants in nonflat spaces, which arise from problems in robotic control, computer graphics and directional statistics.
 Combinatorics
 Flagtransitive linear spaces and polynomials over finite fields.
